Rajeev Pranav Deshmukh is the Vice President of BioShield Technologies LLC and a seasoned technology executive with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure, enterprise software, and e-commerce systems. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) with a degree in Computer Science, Rajeev began his career managing large-scale digital commerce platforms at Infosys and later led innovation teams at Flipkart and Wipro Digital. Madison Whitmore

Madison Claire Whitmore is a technology specialist with a focus on network systems and healthcare infrastructure. At 29, she brings a global perspective to her work, having earned her MSc in Health Informatics from King’s College London after completing her undergraduate studies in Computer Networks at the University of Bristol. Madison has worked across both public and private healthcare sectors, leading secure systems deployments and EHR integrations for mid-sized hospitals and regional care networks. Her expertise lies in designing resilient, HIPAA-compliant network architectures that support scalable digital health ecosystems. She is known for blending strong technical acumen with a patient-first mindset in all of her deployments.

is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of BioShield Technologies, LLC, a pioneering software development firm focused on delivering advanced compliance and identity solutions for the healthcare industry. With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare operations and emerging technologies, Jordan has led transformative initiatives across hospitals, medical research networks, and digital health startups.
He holds a doctorate in Health Systems Management and previously served in executive leadership roles at several national healthcare providers, where he oversaw the deployment of enterprise-wide EHR platforms, HIPAA-compliant analytics engines, and KYC/KYB onboarding systems. His passion for secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant innovation laid the foundation for BioShield’s flagship platforms.
